The Sandbox data is located at https://sandbox.glyomics.org/api and https://github.com/glygen-glycan-data/glycoTree/tree/master/portal/api/paths

The bash script will download the files, create a new folder with the current date and update the symbolic link.

1. To run the bash script follow the commands:

bash /data/projects/glygen/downloads/download_scripts/download_sandbox.sh
