Pdb_format folder: There are two pdb ids that are not downloadable from PDB database. These two pdb ids are 4V7Q and 4YD9.
Cif_format folder: All pdb ids are downloadable from PDB database.
Fasta_format folder: All pdb ids are downloadable from PDB database.
