To the Editor: I would like to refer to the last paragraph in the discussion of my article, which was probably overlooked by the author of this commentary. In agreement with the comments of the author I have specifically mentioned that this is a study from a tertiary care hospital in Riyadh and the findings of the study are not applicable to the community as a whole. In addition, I have also recommended a multicenter study across Saudi Arabia to address the concerns raised by the reader. So the point that was mentioned from the author was already addressed in the original article. I do hope that my response is adequate and I will be happy to respond to any further queries that the respected author may have.
