Best-corrected visual acuity was 20/40 in the right eye. Slit-lamp examination revealed an adherent leukoma along with brown-colored cilia suspended in the anterior chamber [Fig. 1]. The anterior chamber was quiet. The crystalline lens was clear, and fundus was unremarkable. Glasses were prescribed and no surgical intervention was attempted.
