MONDO data download instructions:

Mondo data can be retrieved and downloaded at:
https://github.com/monarch-initiative/mondo
https://github.com/monarch-initiative/mondo/releases/latest/download/mondo.json

The script download_mondo.sh downloads the mondo.json, creates the folder (year_month_date), changes permission, and create cymbolic link.

To run the script, ensure you are in the folder where script is or provide the location of the script

/data/projects/glygen/downloads/download_scripts

bash download_mondo.sh

Once the script is run 
- check the contents of the folder and add release/readme for the downloaded file.
- Create ticket for Robel to process
- Make changes in BCO if needed.
