The GlyTouCan releases can be downloaded from the PyGly github at https://github.com/glygen-glycan-data/PyGly/releases

The bash script will download the files, create a new folder with the current date, unzip files and updates the symbolic link

1. To run the bash script follow the command:

bash /data/projects/glygen/downloads/download_scripts/download_glytoucan.sh
