Genomics England Data Download Instructions:

Steps:

1. Go to website https://panelapp.genomicsengland.co.uk/panels/25/

2. Click "Download Latest Signed-Off Version" button

3. Copy the file from your local computer to the server using scp and update the filename to congenital_disorders_of_glycosylation.tsv:

    scp /path/on/local/original_file_name.tsv your-user-name@glygen-vm-dev.biochemistry.gwu.edu:/path/in/server/congenital_disorders_of_glycosylation.tsv

4. Create a new folder, update permissions and symbolic link according to the downloads document in Sharepoint
