IMP3 mRNA expression was significantly higher in Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC) tissues compared to tumor neighboring normal tissues (p=0.001). high IMP3 plasma concentration was an independent risk factor of Overall Survival, OS, (p=0.002) and DSS (p=0.039) and elevated IMP3 mRNA expression levels were independently associated with poor DSS (p=0.047).
