            "literature_evidence": "Long noncoding RNA HULC was identified as an inducer of the EMT and was aberrantly expressed in PDAC in vitro and in vivo. HULC is enriched within EVs released by tumor cells after incubation with TGFbeta and can modulate cellular signaling and tumor invasion and migration in recipient cells. We evaluated the role of EV lncRNA-miRNA signaling in tumor invasion and migration in PDAC cells, and identified EV-encapsulated lncRNA as a biomarker for PDAC (Figure 8). These findings provide mechanistic insights into cancer cell invasion and metastasis, identify novel therapeutic targets for cancer, and suggest the potential of EV HULC for early diagnosis of PDAC.
