1. Go to URL: 2. The default category is random files and random rows. 3. Generate a file. * this will be your input file for testing. 4. Based on the value in the first column, the entry point will change for testing: if the value is a UniProtKB accession then go to Protein/Glycoprotein search if the value is a glytoucan_ac go to Glycan search. 5. Enter the accession on the respective pages and match the row from your input file on the protein/glycan detail pages. e.g. Input file rows: "G00031MO","G00024","glycan_xref_kegg" then check if the xref G0024 is present on the G00031MO glycan detail page. or for complex rows such as: "P07498-1","143","Thr","G29231AT","o-linked","3342257","protein_xref_pubmed","P07498 Make sure that the all the values in the row correspond the P07498-1 protein detail pages. 6. To generate a report: 1. Put all the missing rows in excel sheet, convert it into a csv file and name the file as {data_version_number}_{your_initial} (e.g. 1.5.27_rn.csv) 2. Add the final csv file in /data/share/data/share/testing_l2
