The List of GlyTouCans(glycan list) is compiled when the GlyTouCan accession is observed under one or more following criteria: a) If the glycan has source/taxonomy annotation[taxid:9606] in GlyTouCan b) If the glycan is listed on human[taxid:9606] glycan webpage at UniCarbKB c) If the glycan is listed on a human [taxid:9606] protein webpage at UniCarbKB d) If the glycan is synthesized by a human[taxid:9606] protein [http://data.glygen.org/GLYDS00064] e) If the glycan is known to be attached to a human[taxid:9606] protein [http://data.glygen.org/GLYDS00040]. A python script[make-glycan_images-directory.py] was used to extract images for the compiled glycan list."
